How to Return a Product

2Fill out this form completely including the verbal authorization code.
3Wait for your RMA number by email before shipping anything back.
4Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Forms submitted without a valid verbal authorization code will be rejected. Products received without the RMA number on the box will be held by our receiving department.
